Great Sleeve!

I was sceptical about this sleeve, but it worked out really well. It only adds about an inch of length at the tip, and is made of thin silicone so it doesn't add much girth - which if fine because I wanted something to reduce sensation anyway. I wanted to be able to last longer for the GF and with this thing on I can pound away at it as long as she needs to get off. She gets hers, I get mine afterwards, it is a awesome solution
